Epworth Halls on Nicholson Square hosts a Gamblers Anonymous meeting in Edinburgh every Monday evening, starting at 7.15pm and running for two hours until around 9.15pm. It is an open meeting, so it welcomes anyone, including family members and friends affected by someone else's gambling, and professionals, in addition to people with a desire to stop gambling themselves. There is no cost to attend and no need to book a place in advance; newcomers can simply arrive at Epworth Halls on the night. As one of the longer weekly meetings in the area, it gives central Edinburgh a regular, confidential space to share experience and support recovery through the Gamblers Anonymous fellowship.
