Forest Hill Newcomers

Forest Hill Newcomers meets on Monday evenings at 7pm at Perry Rise Baptist Church on Perry Rise in Lewisham, running for about an hour. As the name suggests, the meeting is geared towards people newer to Alcoholics Anonymous, though it remains open to anyone, including family, friends and professionals alongside those with a desire to stop drinking. The group operates a chit system, so attendance slips can be signed for anyone needing evidence for court, probation or treatment purposes; simply ask the chairperson. There is no cost and no need to book a place; you can simply arrive shortly before 7pm. Wheelchair access at the church has not been confirmed.
