Bank Holiday Mondays at 20:30
The same group also meets on Sunday evening at 8pm from WEFTA on Mellows Road, Finglas, rounding off a week of meetings spread across the Resource Centre and WEFTA venues. This is a closed Alcoholics Anonymous meeting, intended for people who share a desire to stop drinking, and there is no further test applied to anyone wishing to attend. As with every AA meeting, there is no charge and no booking required, so people can arrive shortly before the 8pm start. The Sunday evening slot gives a settling-in point before the working week begins, and it complements the group's morning meeting held earlier the same day at the same address. Wheelchair access at WEFTA has not been confirmed, so anyone with mobility needs should get in touch with the group beforehand.
Is the Sunday evening meeting run by the same group as the morning one?
Yes, both the morning and evening Sunday meetings at WEFTA are run by St Helena's Group.
Is this Sunday evening session free to attend?
Yes, like all AA meetings it is free, and no booking is required, so you can simply arrive before 8pm.
Is WEFTA wheelchair accessible?
Wheelchair access has not been confirmed for this venue, so please check with the group directly if this affects your visit.
