Who can come to this meeting?

This is an open Narcotics Anonymous meeting, so anyone is welcome. That includes people with a desire to stop using drugs, as well as family members, friends and professionals who want to understand more about NA. You're welcome whether you plan to share or simply sit and listen.

Do I need to book, and is there a charge?

No booking is needed and there's no charge to attend. Just turn up at the Quakers Meeting House on St John's Street before 7pm on Monday. NA groups run on voluntary contributions from members, but nobody is expected to give anything, especially newcomers.

What happens at a share meeting?

Members take turns speaking about their experience of recovery, hence the name Experience, Strength and Hope. You can share if you want to, or listen quietly. The meeting lasts about an hour and fifteen minutes. Step-free access hasn't been confirmed, so contact the group beforehand if you have questions about getting in.
