Venue Info: Please Come into the Building and Go Up the Stairs to Your Right. Experience Strength & Hope Share.
Held every Thursday evening in Witney, the Experience, Strength & Hope meeting is a Narcotics Anonymous group gathering upstairs at Turning Point, Marlborough House on Marlborough Lane. When you arrive, come into the building and go up the stairs to your right. The meeting starts at 19:30 and runs for around an hour and fifteen minutes, following a share format where members speak openly about their experience of recovery and the strength and hope they've found along the way. This is a closed meeting, meaning it's for people who have a desire to stop using drugs. If that's you, you're welcome to walk in, sit quietly and listen for as long as you need before saying anything yourself.
Who can attend this meeting?
This is a closed NA meeting, which means it's for people who have a desire to stop using drugs. You don't need to speak or share on your first visit — you're welcome simply to come and listen. If you're not sure whether a meeting is for you, closed groups are still a good place to find out if NA fits your situation.
Do I need to book, and is there a cost?
No booking is needed and there's no charge to attend. Narcotics Anonymous has no dues or fees. Just turn up before 19:30, come into the building and take the stairs to your right to reach the room. A voluntary collection may be passed round to cover running costs, but you're never obliged to give anything.
Is the venue accessible?
The meeting is held in an upstairs room, reached by the stairs on your right as you enter Marlborough House. Because of the stairs, step-free access may be limited. Wheelchair and hearing-loop provision hasn't been confirmed in our information, so if you have specific access needs it's worth checking ahead where possible.
