Chit system available.
Exeter Lunchtime Daily Reflections meets on Fridays at 1pm at the Palace Gate Centre, 3 Palace Gate, Exeter, for an hour. The format is built around Daily Reflections, AA's book of daily readings, with each meeting taking a reading as its starting point for discussion. It is a closed meeting, for people who have, or think they might have, a desire to stop drinking. The centre is wheelchair accessible, and a chit system is available for anyone needing signed proof of attendance for court, probation or a treatment programme. There is no charge and nothing to book; arriving a few minutes before 1pm is all the preparation required.
What is a Daily Reflections meeting?
Each week the group takes a reading from Daily Reflections, AA's book of short daily passages, and uses it as the starting point for sharing and discussion.
Who can attend, and does it cost anything?
It is a closed meeting, so it is for people who have, or think they may have, a desire to stop drinking. Attendance is free with no booking needed.
Can I get a chit signed here?
Yes. A chit system is available, meaning a member can sign a slip confirming your attendance for court, probation or treatment purposes. The venue is also wheelchair accessible.
