Esher Arbrook Step

Esher Arbrook Step is held every Thursday at 7.15pm at The Holy Name Church on Arbrook Lane. As the name indicates, it follows a step format, taking one of the Twelve Steps at a time and giving members the chance to share how it applies to their own recovery from a desire to stop drinking. It is a closed meeting, so attendance is limited to those with that desire rather than open to the general public, which tends to keep the sharing focused and direct. The church is wheelchair accessible, making it straightforward for anyone using a wheelchair to get to a seat. The meeting is free, and no booking is required beforehand.
