Al-Anon Enfield meets every Friday at 7.45pm in the Octagon Room at Trinity Church on Gentleman's Row. The group welcomes anyone whose life is or has been affected by someone else's drinking, including partners, parents, adult children and friends, whether the drinking is current or in the past. It's an open meeting, so there's no referral process and no need for any previous connection to Al-Anon or Alcoholics Anonymous. Members come together to share their own experience of living with someone else's drinking, offering one another understanding rather than advice aimed at the drinker. Newcomers from Enfield and across north London are welcome to attend on a Friday evening without any prior contact.
