Getting there
About this meeting
East Kent Birchington Online is a Co-Dependents Anonymous meeting held every Monday at 7.15pm, UK and Ireland time, for about an hour and a half. Although it takes its name from Birchington in east Kent, the group now meets entirely online. Co-Dependents Anonymous membership asks only one thing: a desire for healthy and loving relationships. Members work through patterns of codependency using shared experience and the twelve steps, in a session structured around open discussion rather than a fixed topic. It is an open meeting, so anyone is welcome, whether they identify as codependent themselves, are supporting a friend or family member, or simply want to learn more.
