About this meeting
East Finchley Step is a Co-Dependents Anonymous meeting held online every Tuesday at 8pm, UK and Ireland time, for about an hour and a half. As its name suggests, the session is built around working through CoDA's twelve steps in turn, rather than open, unstructured sharing. The fellowship uses the twelve steps to help members build healthier, more loving relationships, with each other and themselves, and this group gives that process a dedicated weekly slot. It is an open meeting, so anyone is welcome, whether new to the steps, revisiting them, or simply curious about how the fellowship works through them. There is no cost to attend and nothing to book beforehand.
