East Finchley Big Book Study

East Finchley Big Book Study meets on Monday lunchtimes at 12.30pm at the Green Man Community Centre on Strawberry Vale. As the name suggests, the meeting works through the AA Big Book, taking sections in turn and discussing them alongside members' own experience of a desire to stop drinking, which suits people who want a more structured, text-based meeting over free discussion. It is a closed meeting, for those with that desire rather than open to the general public, and a chit system operates, so a signed attendance slip can be arranged for court, probation or treatment purposes. The centre is wheelchair accessible. There is no cost to attend and no need to book.
