Dunstable Keep It Simple

Keep It Simple meets on Sundays at 5.30pm at Downside Community Centre on Suffolk Road, Dunstable, for an hour. The name is one of AA's oldest slogans, and the meeting aims to live up to it: an hour, a welcome, and straightforward talk about staying away from a drink. It is an open meeting, so anyone may come, including family, friends and professionals. The community centre is wheelchair accessible. There is no cost, no booking and no paperwork. Dunstable has AA meetings on several evenings, including a beginners meeting on Tuesdays and a Living Sober meeting on Thursdays, so this Sunday session can be one part of a fuller week if you want it to be.
