About this meeting
The Dundalk Thursday Night Friary Group meets every Thursday at 8pm at the Friary, on the Crescent, Anne Street, in Dundalk, Co. Louth. Al-Anon Family Groups are for people whose lives have been affected by someone else's drinking, such as partners, parents, adult children and friends, and not for the drinker. It is an open meeting, so anyone with an interest, including a first-time visitor, is welcome without needing to contact the group in advance. The meeting lasts an hour and a half. There is no fee to attend and no booking required, and members are free to share or simply listen. It follows the same Al-Anon structure used across Ireland and the UK.
