On Saturdays at 9.30am, Drogheda 11th Step Sunlight of the Spirit Stables Group opens its doors at The Stables on Batchelors Lane, Drogheda, Co. Louth for Alcoholics Anonymous. The meeting keeps the same day and time every week, one of many AA meetings held across Ireland. Like every AA meeting, membership asks for one thing only, a desire to stop drinking, and the group works the Twelve Steps together in that spirit. It's free to attend and there's no booking system, so anyone curious about the meeting can simply come along.
