Double Winners Meeting

The Double Winners Meeting is held every Friday at 7.30pm at Little House Community Centre on Market Street, Bingley. ACA, or Adult Children of Alcoholics, is for adults who grew up with a parent's drinking or with other family dysfunction; the fellowship's focus is on healing from those childhood experiences rather than on changing a habit today. The meeting is open, so alongside those who identify as adult children, friends, relatives and professionals are equally welcome to sit in. The name reflects a term used in recovery for members who belong to more than one fellowship at once, though the group welcomes anyone attending ACA alone too. It's free to attend and there's no booking system in place - anyone interested can simply come along on the day.
