Derry Foyle

The Saturday evening Derry Foyle meeting starts at 8.30pm at the Rosemount Resource Centre, part of The Village Community Hub on Westway in Creggan, Derry. It runs to a Big Book format, with members reading from and discussing the Alcoholics Anonymous text. Attendance is closed to people who have a desire to stop drinking, so it is not set up for visiting professionals, students or family members. The centre sits behind the Mace Shop on Westway, a useful point of reference when arriving after dark. There is no cost involved and no need to register beforehand, meaning anyone who fits the closed membership criteria can simply come along on the night. Wheelchair access has not been confirmed for this venue.
