Colchester Reflections

Reflections is a Friday lunchtime Alcoholics Anonymous meeting at the Quaker Meeting House, 6 Church Road, Colchester, starting at 1pm and lasting one hour. It is an open meeting, so anyone may attend, whether you have a desire to stop drinking yourself, are supporting somebody who does, or simply want to understand what happens at AA. A daytime meeting at the end of the working week gives people a quieter alternative to the busier evening groups in town, and the one-hour format keeps it manageable within a long lunch. Wheelchair access for this particular meeting has not been confirmed, so it is worth checking beforehand if that matters to you. As always with AA, it is free and nothing needs booking.
