About this meeting
Codependents Matters holds a 7pm evening meeting online every Monday, UK and Ireland time, lasting about an hour. CoDA meetings draw on shared experience and the twelve steps to help members recognise and change codependent patterns. This session offers an after-work slot within the wider Codependents Matters series, giving people a chance to unwind and check in at the end of the day. It is an open meeting, so anyone is welcome, whether working through their own relationship patterns, supporting a friend or family member, or simply wanting to find out more about the fellowship. There is no cost to attend and nothing to book beforehand.

Will I need my camera switched on?
There's no expectation either way — some members have their camera on, others don't, and newcomers are welcome to just listen at the start.
