About this meeting
Codependents Matters is a Co-Dependents Anonymous meeting held online each Sunday at 7pm, UK and Ireland time, lasting around an hour. Coming straight after the earlier Sunday CoDA session, it offers another point in the week to talk through the things that come up in relationships, with partners, parents, friends or colleagues. It is an open meeting, so you do not need to have attended CoDA before, or to have decided you are codependent, to sit in. The fellowship's own focus is on building healthy and loving relationships, one meeting at a time. Newcomers are welcome to listen quietly rather than share on a first visit. Is this meeting open to non-members?
This is an open meeting, so anyone can attend, including people supporting a partner, friend or family member, or who are simply unsure if they're codependent. CoDA's own membership requirement is a desire for healthy and loving relationships.
Do I need to book a place in advance?

Do I need to have attended CoDA before to come to this one?
