Every Wednesday at 8pm UK and Ireland time, CoDA Recovery Online opens online for Co-Dependents Anonymous fellowship. Expect the meeting to run for about an hour and 15 minutes. The group grew out of two separate in-person meetings, in Watford and in Kingston, which have since combined into a single online session. Within CoDA, the shared focus is on recognising and changing codependent patterns in relationships, not on any one substance. As an open meeting, visitors and newcomers are welcome alongside established members. It is free to attend, with no booking required, and the way to join is listed on CoDA's own meeting page.

Anyone can attend, as it's an open meeting. Co-Dependents Anonymous membership itself asks only for a desire for healthy and loving relationships, and newcomers or visitors are welcome without needing to decide on membership first.
