About this meeting
CoDA Matters runs a step and tradition study online every Monday at 5pm, UK and Ireland time, lasting about an hour and a half. Rather than open sharing, this session works through CoDA's twelve steps and twelve traditions in turn, giving members a structured way to look at how the programme applies to their own lives. Co-Dependents Anonymous membership asks only one thing: a desire for healthy and loving relationships. It is an open meeting, so anyone is welcome, whether they are new to the steps, working through them for a second or third time, or simply interested in how the fellowship approaches them. There is no cost to attend and nothing to book in advance.
