Cocaine Anonymous South Shields also holds a Friday meeting at West Harton Methodist Church on Boldon Lane, starting at 6pm and running for around an hour. Like the group's Wednesday session, it is an open meeting welcoming family, friends and anyone curious about the fellowship, and it uses the same broad format spanning the Big Book, the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions, speaker shares and step work.
