About this meeting

This Co-Anon meeting takes place online every Friday at 8.30pm, UK and Ireland time, running for an hour and a half. It is explicitly an open meeting, so anyone with an interest, not only family and friends currently struggling, is welcome to sit in and listen. Co-Anon supports people affected by someone else's cocaine or other substance addiction, giving space to talk about the impact of another person's using without that person needing to be present or aware. Being later in the evening and longer than some of Co-Anon's other online sessions, it suits people who want more time to talk once the day is done. No previous experience of Co-Anon or of any twelve-step meeting is needed. Joining details are on Co-Anon's own meeting page, and attending costs nothing.

Common questions

Who is this meeting for?

It is an open Co-Anon meeting, so anyone interested, including family, friends and professionals, is welcome, not only those directly affected.

Do I have to bring the person who uses?

No, Co-Anon is there for you, and it is common for people to attend without the person who uses ever being involved.

Is there anything to pay?

No. The meeting is free and there is no booking, you simply join online at the time given on Co-Anon's own meeting page.
