About this meeting
On Saturday evenings at 8pm, UK and Ireland time, this Co-Anon meeting runs online for an hour and a half and is open to anyone interested, not just those already familiar with the fellowship. Co-Anon offers support to family and friends whose lives have been affected by someone else's cocaine or other substance addiction, and being an open meeting means partners, parents, adult children or friends can all sit in, whether they have been affected recently or for years. The longer weekend evening slot leaves room for more people to share if they want to, though listening only is equally fine. No experience of Co-Anon or any other twelve-step fellowship is expected. Joining details are on Co-Anon's own meeting page, and there is no cost involved.

Going to your first meeting?
Walking into a room for the first time is the hardest step. Foundations, our plain-language introduction to recovery, was written for exactly this moment — what to expect, what the Steps mean, and how to begin.
