Cheltenham Beginners

Cheltenham Beginners meets on Friday evenings at 7pm at the Friends Meeting House on Warwick Place, off Portland Street, running for around an hour and a quarter. It is an open meeting, welcoming anyone with a desire to stop drinking as well as family, friends or professionals with an interest in recovery. A chit system operates, so a signed attendance slip is available for anyone who needs one for court, probation or treatment. The Meeting House is wheelchair accessible. As the name suggests, the format is aimed particularly at people newer to AA, making it a natural starting point for anyone attending for the first time in Cheltenham.
