Chelmsford How It Works

Chelmsford How It Works meets early on Thursday evenings, at 5.45pm in the Parish Hall at Blessed Sacrament RC Church, 116 Melbourne Avenue, and keeps to one hour, so it slots in between work and dinner. Named after the Big Book chapter read at most AA meetings, it focuses on the practical mechanics of getting and staying sober. It is an open meeting, so alongside anyone with a desire to stop drinking, family members, friends and professionals are welcome to attend and listen. The hall is wheelchair accessible. There is nothing to pay and nothing to book; if the straight-from-work timing suits you, simply arrive at Melbourne Avenue a few minutes before the start.
