First Sunday of month is a Step 1,2,3 Meeting.
The Conscious Contact Group meets on Sunday evenings in the heart of Dublin 2, gathering at the Charlemont Community Resource Centre in Core 3 of French Mullen House. Starting at 20:00 and running for an hour, it's a settled slot to close out the weekend among people who understand what recovery through Narcotics Anonymous asks of you. On the first Sunday of each month the format shifts to a Step 1, 2, 3 meeting, working through the foundations of the programme in more detail. This is a members' meeting, so it's for those with a desire to stop using drugs. If you're new, come a few minutes early and someone will point you to the right space. Simply turning up is enough.
Can I just come along, or do I need to book?
There's no booking and no cost. Narcotics Anonymous is free and self-supporting through members' own contributions. Just arrive before 20:00 on the Sunday you plan to attend.
What does a members' (closed) meeting mean?
A closed meeting is for people who have a desire to stop using drugs, rather than open to the general public or observers. If that's you, you're welcome. NA also runs open meetings elsewhere if you'd like to bring family or a friend.
What happens on the first Sunday of the month?
The first Sunday is a Step 1, 2, 3 meeting, focusing on the first three steps of the programme. The rest of the month follows the group's usual format.
