Carrick-on-Shannon

Carrick-on-Shannon is an Al-Anon Family Groups meeting held every Wednesday at 8pm. The group supports people whose lives have been affected by someone else's drinking, be that a partner, parent, adult child or friend. It offers a chance to talk in confidence about how someone else's drinking has affected you, and to hear how others cope. The meeting is open and runs for an hour and a half at the Breffni Family Resource Centre at Grove. You can come alone, without the person who drinks. There's no cost and no need to register beforehand, so you can walk in on the day.
