Rounding off the week, this Narcotics Anonymous group meets every Sunday evening at 20:00 in Room 4 of the Quaker Meeting House on Charles Street, in central Cardiff. Sessions run for an hour and the format rotates to keep recovery fresh, moving between Just For Today, the Basic Text and Living Clean study, with a monthly Experience, Strength and Hope share. Newcomers are especially welcome here. When you arrive, look for the NA sign hanging on the front door and press the buzzer for entry. Please don't park in the building car park, which is permit only; there's limited street parking, but avoid the disabled bays unless you hold a Blue Badge, and steer clear of double yellow lines. Who can come to this meeting?
This is an open meeting, so anyone is welcome, including family, friends and anyone curious about recovery. It's especially geared towards newcomers, and the only requirement for NA membership is a desire to stop using drugs.
Do I need to book, and is there a charge?
No booking is needed and there's no charge to attend. Just turn up on Sunday for the 20:00 start, look for the NA sign on the front door and press the buzzer to be let in.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the Quaker Meeting House is wheelchair accessible. Street parking is limited; if you hold a Blue Badge you may use a disabled bay, but please don't park in the building's permit-only car park.
