Cardiff Cyncoed Experience, Strength & Hope

Cardiff Cyncoed Experience, Strength and Hope meets on Monday evenings at eight o'clock at Cyncoed Methodist Church, just off Cyncoed Road, and runs for an hour. The group's name reflects AA's own language for what members bring to a meeting: their experience, strength and hope, shared for the benefit of others still finding their way. It's a closed meeting, kept for those with a desire to stop drinking rather than open to family, friends or professionals, in line with the Third Tradition. Cyncoed Methodist Church has wheelchair access. There's no cost to attend and nothing to book beforehand: people generally arrive shortly before eight and take a seat in the church ahead of the meeting starting.
