Who can come to this meeting?

This is a members' meeting, which in Overeaters Anonymous means it is for people who have a desire to stop eating compulsively. If that's you, you're welcome — you don't need to have attended before, and you can just listen if you prefer. Family and friends looking for information are usually better suited to an open meeting.

Do I need to book, and is there a charge?

No booking is needed and there's no charge to attend. Just turn up on Saturday morning ahead of the 10:00 start. OA runs on voluntary contributions from members to cover costs like room hire, so a small donation is welcome but never required.

Is the venue accessible?

The meeting is held at City United Reformed Church on Windsor Place in central Cardiff. We don't have confirmed details about wheelchair access or hearing support for this venue, so if you have specific access needs it's worth contacting Lucy beforehand to check what's available.
