Camberwell Newcomers

Camberwell Newcomers meets on Saturday at 12 noon at Camberwell Green United Reformed Church on Love Walk, the same venue that hosts the Camberwell Love Walk meeting on Tuesday evenings. As the name suggests, this Alcoholics Anonymous meeting is aimed at people who are new to AA, though it remains open, so family, friends and professionals are equally welcome alongside those with a desire to stop drinking. The session lasts an hour and offers a lower-pressure introduction for anyone unsure what to expect from their first meeting. The venue is wheelchair accessible. There is no cost involved and no need to book a place beforehand; simply arrive at the church for the start time, and let the group know if it is your first visit.
