Buxton: Come & Go

Come & Go meets every Friday lunchtime in Buxton, starting at 12.15pm at St Anne's Community Centre on Hardwick Square West and running for an hour and three quarters, noticeably longer than most AA meetings. It is a closed meeting, which in AA simply means attendance is reserved for people who have a desire to stop drinking, or who think they might - newcomers are always welcome and will never be asked to prove anything. Family members or professionals wanting to observe would need to look for an open meeting instead. The community centre is wheelchair accessible. There is no charge and nothing to book or register; walking in on the day is all it takes.
