About this meeting

Brinnington's Alcoholics Anonymous meeting gathers on Wednesday evenings at 7pm at the Lighthouse Centre on Northumberland Road, in the Brinnington area of Stockport, and runs for an hour and a half. It is a closed meeting, which in AA language means it is kept for people who have a desire to stop drinking; that includes anyone walking through the door for the very first time, unsure whether AA is for them. Family members, friends or professionals wanting to learn about the fellowship are welcome at open meetings elsewhere in the Stockport area. The Lighthouse Centre is wheelchair accessible. There is nothing to pay, no list to join and no booking; turning up shortly before 7pm is all it takes.
