Brighton and Hove SLAA HOW meeting

Hove Methodist Church on Portland Road hosts a mixed Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous meeting every Tuesday from 6.30pm to 7.30pm, following the HOW format. The meeting alternates weekly between different formats, including chair shares, step readings, discussions on healthy relationships, and sessions focused on anorexia, one of the patterns SLAA addresses alongside compulsive sexual and romantic behaviour. It's an open meeting, welcoming anyone in the Brighton and Hove area, whatever their background. The only requirement to become an SLAA member is a desire to stop living out a pattern of sex and love addiction. There's no cost to attend and no need to book, you can simply arrive shortly before 6.30pm.
