Bournemouth Big Book Step

Held on Friday evenings at 7pm in Our Lady Immaculate Church Hall on Seamoor Road in Westbourne, Bournemouth Big Book Step is an hour-long Alcoholics Anonymous meeting built around the Big Book, AA's core text, and the Steps it describes. This is a closed meeting, which means it is reserved for people who have a desire to stop drinking; it is not a meeting for observers, but it absolutely is a meeting for newcomers, including those still drinking and unsure what they want. The hall is wheelchair accessible. Westbourne sits between Bournemouth and Poole, so the meeting draws people from both directions. As with all AA meetings there is no charge, no booking and no register taken.
