About this meeting

At Blackpool Community Centre on Great William O'Brien Street, Cork, Blackpool brings together Alcoholics Anonymous every Friday at 8pm. Like other AA meetings around Ireland, it follows a steady weekly pattern. As with any AA meeting, the only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking, and newcomers are never expected to speak unless they want to. Newcomers don't need to book ahead or pay anything; arriving a few minutes before 8pm gives time to settle in.
