Bethnal Green Lunchtime

Bethnal Green Lunchtime meets on Wednesdays at 1pm at The Good Shepherd Mission, 17 Three Colts Lane, a short walk from Bethnal Green rail station, and runs for an hour and a half. A generous lunchtime slot means the meeting does not feel rushed, and its location makes it reachable from much of east London in a lunch hour stretched slightly. It is an open meeting, so anyone may attend, including family members, friends and professionals. The Mission is listed as wheelchair accessible, and it also hosts the Monday evening Newcomers Step and Tradition meeting. There is no charge, no booking and no pressure to say anything; listening is participation enough.
