Barrow-in-Furness

Gamblers Anonymous meets in Barrow-in-Furness every Thursday at 8pm, for an hour and a half, at Barrow Foodbank, based at the Baptist Church on Abbey Road. The meeting is open to anyone touched by gambling, whether that's someone with a desire to stop gambling themselves or a partner, parent or friend hoping to understand the fellowship better. Members work through the twelve steps and share their own experience in a confidential setting, without judgement. There is no cost to attend and no need to book ahead; just arrive a few minutes before eight and ask for the group. The venue does not currently have wheelchair access, which is worth factoring in if mobility is a concern before travelling to Abbey Road.
