Barnsley Living Sober Beginners

Barnsley Living Sober Beginners meets on Wednesday evenings at 7.15pm in the Mclintocks Building on Crookes Street, just off Summer Lane. Lasting an hour and a half, it is an open meeting aimed particularly at those new to AA, using the Living Sober literature to explore practical tools for staying sober day to day. Being open, it also welcomes family, friends and anyone else with an interest in recovery. The building is wheelchair accessible. Anyone driving should be aware that the first four spaces in the meeting car park are private and reserved, with fines issued for parking there, though there is plentiful street parking nearby. There is no charge to attend and no need to book in advance.
