About this meeting

The Talk, Trust & Feel meeting is an Adult Children of Alcoholics group that meets every Friday at 7.30pm at The Ash Centre on Ash Hill Road in Ash, near Aldershot. ACA brings together adults who grew up with a parent's drinking or with other family dysfunction, and uses the twelve steps to work through what that childhood left behind, rather than to stop a habit of their own. It is an open meeting, so anyone is welcome, including people who did not grow up in that kind of home but want to understand or support someone who did. There is no cost and nothing to book; just arrive a little before half past seven.
