Annagry

In Annagry, Co. Donegal, an Al-Anon Family Groups meeting is held every Tuesday at 8pm at The Day Centre. Al-Anon is for anyone whose life is or has been affected by someone else's drinking, including partners, parents, adult children and friends, whether or not that person is still drinking. This is an open meeting, so you can attend without ever having been to Al-Anon before, and there is no need to bring the person whose drinking affected you, as the meeting is for your own support. The group runs for two hours, giving members time to talk through their experience and support one another. It is free, and no booking is required.
