Alsager

The same hall at Wesley Place Methodist Church on Lawton Road in Alsager also hosts an open meeting on Thursdays at 8pm, again lasting an hour and a half. Unlike the Monday meeting in this building, Thursdays are open to anyone, including people supporting a friend or family member as well as those with a desire to stop drinking themselves. Wheelchair access is available at the venue. No chit system operates at this meeting, so it does not provide signed attendance slips. Between the two weekly meetings here, Alsager and the surrounding area have fairly consistent access to AA support without needing to travel into Stoke-on-Trent itself.
