Alness

Al-Anon Family Groups meets in Alness every Monday at 7pm, at the Perrins Centre on Obsdale Road, for around an hour. The fellowship is for anyone whose life has been affected by someone else's drinking, whether as a partner, parent, adult child, sibling or friend, and the group offers support that is centred on the person attending rather than on the person who drinks. This is an open meeting, so you do not need to have any prior connection to Al-Anon to walk in; newcomers, visitors and professionals are all welcome alongside regular members. There is no requirement to speak, and nothing to sign up for in advance. For people across the Highlands, the Alness group offers a rare weekly option within reasonable travelling distance.
