About this meeting

The Allum Manor House & Hall Wednesday Group is an Overeaters Anonymous meeting held every Wednesday at 8pm in Elstree, close to Borehamwood, at Allum Manor House & Hall on Allum Lane. As a closed meeting it's for those with a desire to stop eating compulsively, rather than being open to the wider public, so it's best suited to people who identify with that experience rather than family or friends wanting to learn more. The meeting is conducted in English and follows the standard OA format of shared readings and open discussion grounded in the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions. There's no fee and no need to register beforehand; newcomers can simply arrive at the venue on Allum Lane, postcode WD6 3PJ, a few minutes before the 8pm start.
