Acton Early Steps

Acton Early Steps is an early-morning Alcoholics Anonymous meeting held on Saturdays at Emmaus House on Berrymead Gardens, starting at 7.30am and running for about an hour. It is an open meeting, so anyone with a desire to stop drinking is welcome, whether new to AA or an existing member looking to begin the weekend with a meeting. Wheelchair access is confirmed at Emmaus House, and a chit system is also available for members marking milestones in their recovery. The early start makes this a useful option for those who prefer to attend before the rest of the day begins, in the Acton area of Ealing.
