About this meeting
The ACA Yellow Steps Workbook Study Meeting runs online every Wednesday at 7pm, UK and Ireland time, working through the Yellow Steps Workbook, one of the step-study resources Adult Children of Alcoholics uses to help members apply the twelve steps to a childhood shaped by a parent's drinking or other family dysfunction. Each session usually takes a step or exercise from the workbook as its starting point, giving structure to the sharing that follows. It is an open meeting, so friends, family members and professionals interested in the fellowship are welcome to listen in alongside those working through the material. Newcomers do not need to have completed any of the steps beforehand.
