The ACA Loving Parent Guidebook Meeting is a study group that meets online every Thursday at 6pm, UK and Ireland time, working steadily through the Loving Parent Guidebook, one of Adult Children of Alcoholics' core recovery texts on learning to reparent yourself after a childhood affected by a parent's drinking or other family dysfunction.
