ACA Burley in Wharfedale

ACA Burley in Wharfedale meets every Thursday at 7pm at St Mary the Blessed Virgin Church on Main Street, near Ilkley in West Yorkshire. ACA, or Adult Children of Alcoholics, is for adults who grew up with a parent's drinking or with other family dysfunction; the fellowship's focus is on healing from those childhood experiences rather than on changing a habit today. Because the meeting is open, friends, partners and professionals are just as welcome as those who identify with growing up in that kind of home. It's free to attend and there's no booking system in place - anyone interested can simply come along on the day.
