Newcomers Step And Tradition

Newcomers Step and Tradition meets on Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm at the University Catholic Chaplaincy, 103 Queens Road, Clifton. The hour-long meeting works through AA's Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions, the backbone of personal recovery and of how groups run, which makes it a good place to understand the programme properly rather than by osmosis. It is a closed meeting, reserved for people who have a desire to stop drinking; the same group runs an open speaker meeting at this venue on Mondays at 8pm, which suits family, friends and professionals.
